Refund Policy

At ESOCOO, we value your trust and are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not fully satisfied for any reason, we're happy to assist you with returns of saleable products. Please review our policy below:

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

The item must be in the same condition as when received — unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Please include your receipt, proof of purchase, or order number inside the return package to help us process it efficiently.

How to Return an Item
Before returning any products, please contact our customer support team at  jenny@esocoo.cn with your issue. We will respond promptly and guide you through the return process. Returns are not accepted without prior authorization from ESOCOO.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Guidelines:

Standard Products:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product. Please note that a return shipping fee may apply.

Equipment:
Returns are accepted within 5 days of receipt, only if the package remains unopened. A restocking fee will apply to returns or cancellations once the equipment has been shipped.

Small equipment: 10% restocking fee

Large equipment: 40% restocking fee

Custom Products:
These items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Bulk Purchases & Custom Orders:
All bulk purchases and custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Additional Information:
Returns received after the specified time periods will be considered at our discretion.
ESOCOO reserves the right to assess the condition and salability of returned items.

Refunds:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or as ESOCOO store credit.
