The TL00 SMT Splice Pliers are designed for precise and reliable carrier tape splicing in SMT production. Featuring 5mm alignment pins and secure clamps, they ensure accurate tape positioning and firm holding during operation. How to use
1.Press the handle to open the tool jaws. 2.Place a splice clip (teeth up) on the pins. 3.Align both carrier tapes (cover tape up) on the pins. 4.Lock them in place with the clamps. 5.Squeeze the handle to crimp and join the tapes. 6.Apply a splice tape strip on the cover tape. 7.Press firmly to complete the splice.
